Meet Coach Sam
After a long and successful career in Mental Health Services and in Executive Positions, I retired.
Trained as a Master's Degree Level Clinical Psychologist, my career included Executive and Management positions since 1983, and work as a Licensed Mental Health Professional, including positions as a Trainer, Adjunct Asst Professor and Clinical Supervisor of Mental Health Professionals.
I have also been a consultant for business policy and procedures, staff training, and program development. I am trained in Fifth Discipline and implemented many of the techniques. The model seeks to develop mastery for you and your staff, using mental models to improve actions and decisions, develop ability to work with and in groups, and develop systems thinking.
Upon retirement, I did not renew my Mental Health License and no longer have a practice or work in the mental health field.
I also have a successful background as a sports coach, mostly in swimming, but also in soccer and in self-defense.

Realizing the stress people are facing in the changing and challenging work and social environments today, I have come out of retirement to provide coaching to those who want to improve their lives, set and attain goals, and learn skills to meet their goals and challenges. As a life coach, I do not treat mental health conditions. My extensive and varied experience have prepared me to help you set and achieve your goals and learn problem solving skills and other life skills to succeed in life's challenges.
The need is great. I can help you address and achieve your goals.
